Domaine Tremblay from the region Chablis.
Since five gererations the Tremblay family cultivated wines in the region of Chablis.
They started withe 12 acres and grew to currently 33 acres of land in the beautiful wine region of Chablis. Gerard and Hélène are the 4th generation and their son Vincent the 5th generation.
Ofcourse they retain the traditions and the love for their Chablis wines.
Every year there are four appellations born in Chablis.
They grow various types of Chablis including 10 Ha in the premier and grand crus.
They are typical for Chablis, lots of character with aromas of white flowers, roses ans honey.
Their fermentation occured in stainless steel vats that are fully controlled so that everything can be run almost perfectly.In Chablis they may work only with the Chardonnay wine grape.
They are exported to all major countries with good results in various tastings.
